Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology

Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology situated at Surat is one of the Institutes of National Importance in India. It impart quality education leading to degrees of B.Tech., M.Tech., M.Sc. and Ph.D. in various disciplines of Engineering and Science. The research activities focus on field as well as industrial problems apart from basic research. The Institute has significant capacity in teaching, research and capacity building in the area of planning  / management of different aspects of water resources engineering like flood control,  groundwater, hydrology, irrigation water, stormwater, water quality etc.
