Dr. Hanumanthappa has over 13 years’ professional experience, involved in trans-disciplinary approach in natural resource management with emphasis on precision irrigation water and nutrient management, agro-forestry and integrated farming systems. His international collaborative research focussed on Impact of cropping system on rural-urban interface under Indo-German Collaboration. Dr. Hanumanthappa led 12 externally funded projects, Integrated farming systems, sensor based automation are running presently. Developed 16 technologies and published 40 research papers. He has guided 3 Masters students as chairman and over 35 PhD / masters students as member in the advisory committee.
