Dr. Vanita Yadav is a Senior Research Fellow at the Urban Transformations Research Centre, Western Sydney University, Australia. With over 14 years of transdisciplinary experience spanning three countries – Australia, the USA, and India, Vanita has expertise in innovation management, entrepreneurship, sustainability, business strategy and sustainable business models. She was awarded the prestigious Fulbright fellowship for research in sustainability-driven entrepreneurship at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA. She was also a fellow at the South Asia Institute, Harvard University, for her work on innovation management. Vanita has led and worked on externally funded grants (over $1.5 million) and held many leadership positions, such as Discipline Leader (Innovation & Management) and Area Chairperson. She has over 50 research publication outputs, including A/Q1 publications, Best Paper Awards, supervised PhDs to completion, serves on editorial boards, and is a keynote speaker and expert panelist at international events.
