Dr. Indranil De is a Professor in Social Sciences and Economics at Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA), India. He teaches Collective Actions and Cooperation, Development Theory, Applied Econometrics and Social Cost Benefit Analysis at IRMA. He was associated with several research and consulting assignments with international and national institutes as well as state and central governments of India. This includes Department of Science and Technology (Government of India), Government of West Bengal, Government of Gujarat, Government of Meghalaya, The World Bank, UNICEF, and International Water Management Institute (IWMI). He is the editor of International Journal of Rural Management. He has published several journal articles and books with reputed publishers.
