Biography
Alex Gardner is Professor of Law at The University of Western Australia where he teaches Administrative Law, Environmental Law and Water Resources Law to Juris Doctor and postgraduate students. He previously taught Constitutional Law, Mining Law and Comparative Law. Alex is presently the Director Higher Degrees (Research) at the UWA Law School.
Alex researches in Natural Resources and Environmental Law, with a focus on Water Resources Law. He is the lead author with Richard Bartlett, Janice Gray & Rebecca Nelson of Water Resources Law, LexisNexis 2nd ed’n, 2018 (680 pages). He is credited with 100 research outputs on his UWA staff profile.
